VOLUNTEERING AS A WAY OF PREPARING FOR GOOD WORK

We engaged young people in volunteering and prepared them so that they were able to reflect on the skills they learnt for citizenship and employment through community work.

We gave the young women the opportunity to reflect upon the skills and knowledge that they are gaining through volunteering and how these can be transferred into citizenship and the workplace.

We gave young women the tools and support to establish their own outreach citizenship initiatives.
